Whether you are considering stepping up to an executive roll with your organization, you are a board chair or board treasurer and want to fine-tune your strategies, you are working on a succession plan, or you are a volunteer on a governance and policy-based board, this workshop is for you.

Facilitated by Wendy Plandowski, a consultant that has worked extensively with non-profit organizations as a volunteer, leader, and speaker, the information in this session is focused on helping you identify tools to succeed.

Wendy will provide a lens on how to best serve an organization in the role of Board Chair and Board Treasurer for both Working Boards and Governance Boards.
